• Output consumer: Assuming developer who owns the source API performs the review, not a dedicated migration team. Will be called out as open question.

• Source artifact delivery: Assuming files on disk (XML dumps, BW project folders exported manually). Will be called out as open question.

• Validation strategy: No existing test suite assumed. Will be called out as open question and addressed as a hard challenge.

• Deployment handoff: System stops at Mulesoft project generation. Deployment is explicitly out of scope.
