Outline: tibco-apigee-migration-workbench Feasibility Analysis

Idea: AI-assisted API migration pipeline from Tibco BusinessWorks and Apigee/Apigee Edge to Mulesoft — RAG-backed, policy-mapping-driven, with human-in-loop review and a progress tracker for done vs. needs-review migrations.

Scope confirmed:

• Source platforms: Tibco BusinessWorks (project files) and Apigee / Apigee Edge (XML policy files)

• Target platform: Mulesoft (generated project/config output)

• AI stack: pydantic-ai, OpenRouter, OpenAI embeddings, Postgres + pgvector

• Initial target: 20-30 APIs with human-in-loop review gate

• At scale: progress tracker separates completed migrations from flagged-for-review

• Deployment of migrated APIs: out of scope — system stops at generating Mulesoft project
